Hi all,

A quick reminder about the Year 9 trip to the Science Museum, since
it's only three weeks away and we're still missing about a third of
the consent forms. :-)

The plan, as agreed at Tuesday's meeting:

 * Thu 29 Oct: coach leaves the front gate at 8.15 a.m. sharp, back
by 4.30 p.m. if the traffic on the M11 is kind to us.

 * Cost is £12.50 per pupil, which covers the coach and the special
exhibition; the museum itself is free. Pupils on free school meals
pay nothing, and that's already been arranged with the office.

 * Each tutor group needs two adults, so if you haven't put your name
down yet, please do it this week.

I'd like every form back by Friday, so that the office can confirm
numbers with the coach company and the museum's learning team. Forms
and the risk assessment are on the shared drive, and there's a copy
of the letter home at

  https://staff.example.org/trips/2026/science-museum

If a pupil needs medication or extra support on the day, please tell
me *before* half-term rather than on the morning itself.

Thanks, everyone. It's always a good day out.
